MCP Channel Manager for Hotels and Short-Term Rentals
A distribution-grade MCP server for hotels and short-term rentals. Two-sided. Official integrations. Read and act.
Jetstream exposes both sides of your distribution, supply systems and OTAs, over the Model Context Protocol, so AI agents read your rates, availability, listings, and reservations and act on them through one standard interface.
What is an MCP Channel Manager
An MCP channel manager for hotels and short-term rentals exposes your distribution data and actions, rates, availability, listings, and reservations, through the Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI agents use to work with external systems. Instead of a bespoke API integration per channel, an AI agent or an AI-built tool connects once and can read and operate your property distribution through one consistent interface.
Jetstream's server is two-sided: one side connects the CRS or PMS you already run, the other connects your OTA channels. Because it exposes write actions across every channel, not just lookups, an agent can push rates, sync availability, and onboard listings across your whole distribution chain. Most MCP servers in hotel search today are community-built scrapers that only read public data. Jetstream runs on the same official, certified integrations that power distribution for partners across North America and Europe, so an agent can act, not just look.
How the MCP server works

Distribution-Grade Reliability
What your agents can do
Once connected, an AI agent operates inside your distribution through the protocol. A few examples of what a single prompt can drive :
Who it is for
Operators with technical teams
Hotels, resorts, and management companies that want their inventory agent-ready without ripping out the systems they run on. Connect your supply systems, reach your OTA channels, and let your team, or the AI tools you already use like Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, manage distribution through one interface.
Builders
Operators are building their own lightweight PMSs and agents with AI coding tools. If you are building your own stack, the MCP server is your distribution backbone: OTA connectivity, ARI sync, and booking management exposed through the protocol your tools already speak, so you do not build channel partnerships from scratch. Read the docs, grab a free sandbox token, and start building today, no sales call required. Point your own agent, or an assistant like Claude, at the endpoint and go.

FAQs
-
Is MCP secure for bookings?
Access uses OAuth 2.1 with scoped, revocable tokens issued per connection. Discovery is open so the server surfaces in registries and connector pickers, but every read and write requires a valid token and booking actions require an explicit scope and a confirmation step.
-
Is it read-only, or can agents act?
Agents read every connected resource and write the routine changes automatically: rates, availability, calendars, and listing content. Booking actions (create, modify, cancel, accept) run through explicit, confirmable permissions. This is the difference from the open-source Airbnb MCP servers, which are read-only.
-
Which OTAs and supply systems does it connect?
Distribution side: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Savvy, and Leavetown.com, through official, certified integrations. Supply side: SynXis, Amadeus TravelClick, YieldPlanet, Orisha Flag Systèmes, D-Edge, IHG, RealTime Rental PMS, with more in development. If your system isn't listed, reach out: our engineering team is building new integrations every quarter.
-
How is this different from the open-source Airbnb MCP servers?
Those are read-only scrapers of public listing data, single-platform, and they break when a site changes. Jetstream is two-sided, runs on official certified integrations, and exposes write actions, so an agent operates your real distribution across every connected channel.
-
How is this different from a PMS with an MCP server?
A PMS-side MCP exposes one account's data. Jetstream is a two-sided distribution server: it connects your supply systems and your OTA channels, so it works whether you run a PMS we integrate, run your own, or connect an agent directly.
-
Can I connect my own PMS or AI agent?
Yes. Point your PMS, reservation system, or agent at the hosted MCP endpoint and authenticate. Builders get a distribution backbone without building channel partnerships from scratch.
-
Can I connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity?
Yes. Any AI assistant that supports remote MCP servers, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, can connect to the Jetstream endpoint. Add the server, authorize with a scoped token, and the assistant can read your distribution and act on it within the permissions you grant.
-
Is MCP secure for bookings?
Access uses OAuth 2.1 with scoped, revocable tokens issued per connection. Discovery is open so the server surfaces in registries and connector pickers, but every read and write requires a valid token and booking actions require an explicit scope and a confirmation step. Per-token rate limits protect the platform.
-
How is it priced, and who holds my booking revenue?
Two models. Commission-based: the OTA pays you directly and we invoice our commission monthly, or, common in hotels, we collect from the OTA and pay you via virtual credit card. Or a flat monthly fee per listing. No long-term contract. Contact us for pricing details.
-
Can I try it without a sales call?
Yes. Builders can read the docs and start in a free sandbox with a scoped test token, no demo required. Book a demo when you are ready to go live.
-
What support and uptime can I expect?
A 99.9% uptime SLA and named support, so you have a real person who knows your account rather than a ticket queue.
-
How much work is onboarding, and do I replace my current systems?
Your existing stack stays in place. You connect over MCP and authenticate; we handle the channel onboarding and mapping. Nothing to rip out or migrate.
-
How do I get started?
Book a demo and our team maps your supply systems and OTA channels, issues your scoped access, and gets your inventory agent-readable. Builders can start in the sandbox from the developer docs.

Building on the protocol? The developer docs cover the connection guide, the tool and resource reference, auth, and recipes for connecting a self-built PMS or an AI agent.
