Do I have to pay if a property doesn’t get any bookings?
If a property doesn’t get any bookings, then you don’t have to pay anything. To make the transition easy for you, we’ve adopted a shared success model which means we don’t get paid until you do. This way, we minimize the risks of getting started if your investment property doesn’t scale at the pace you’d like.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
While we try to minimize overhead costs as much as possible, hosts still need to cover some hard costs, like installing new locks. However, these then become assets they get to keep. All other costs are performance-based.
Will you actually take over guest messaging entirely?

How can you know the answer to all of my guests’ questions?
Most guest inquiries can be answered using the information already available in your listing description.
